In the Field
Solthis'
teams in the field are organized around a Project
Leader, a Medical Coordinator and an Administrative/Logistics
Manager. The Project Leader manages the program and interacts with national
and international institutions working in the fight against HIV. The Medical
Coordinator is the on-site representative of Solthis' medical and scientific expertise,
and provides ongoing reinforcement of local healthcare teams, with support from
the Home office.
The
Administrative/Logistics Manager manages all financial, administrative, and
logistic aspects of the program and may also work to support national supply
networks and develop partnerships
with local associations. The field teams also receive ad hoc support from
specific local partners (doctors, midwives, pharmacists, nurses, etc).
