Project Director
Clémence DOUMENC-AÏDARA, Project Director

After more than 10 years of coordinating projects in the fields of microfinance, micro-entrepreneurship and micro insurance in more than 12 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, Clémence wanted to focus her career in 2015 on health issues. Before taking on the post of ATLAS project director in August 2018, Clémence coordinated, as the head of Médecins du Monde’s mission in Côte d’Ivoire, initiatives aimed at the most vulnerable populations, particularly the women and children under 5, drug users, youth and adolescents.

Assistant Project Manager

Souadou BA, assistant project manager

With an MBA in Project Management and Development, Souadou has a varied experience in project coordination and monitoring, project capitalization and partnership management. After working with France volontaires as coordinator of a reciprocity project between France and Senegal on international exchanges, she moved on to research, capacity building and policy dialogue as a partnership manager, in charge of research administration, in the framework of a project on agricultural and rural policy development with a focus on promoting evidence-informed decision-making. Today she continues her career in project management at Solthis as an Atlas Project Assistant and Desk SN/ML/CI.

 

 Communication and Advocacy
Anthony VAUTIER, Technical Director

Graduated from a Master’s degree in Public Health Sciences (MPH) and an inter-university degree in Applied Statistics for Clinical Research and Epidemiology, Anthony has twenty years of leadership, coordination and technical assistance in the field of public health. international cooperation with disadvantaged populations in precarious and / or marginalized situations. Ten years of more specific engagement on the issue of HIV / AIDS in Africa and Asia.

 

 Communication and Advocacy

Juliette BASTIN, Communication and Advocacy Officer

A graduate in information and scientific communication and technology, Juliette began her career as a journalist specializing in health and social issues, including Science and Nature within the Groupe Jeune Afrique. She then specialized in the information and communication of international organizations involved in the field of health in Africa and collaborated with the program Secure the Future, Sidaction, UNAIDS, and GAVI. After a few years in the private advertising sector, Juliette joined the ATLAS project.

Administrative and Finance Coordinator 
Sambacor KA, Administrative and Finance Coordinator

A graduate in Business Administration, Sambacor KA took his first steps in auditing before joining Plan International where he spent most of his career. He has held all positions in the Finance Department of the regional office based in Dakar before his experiences in the sub-region including Plan International Mali and more recently Plan International Guinea.

He has developed significant experience in budget management, administrative and financial management, grant management and team management.

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator 
Papa MOUSSA DIOP, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

A public health project / program monitoring / evaluation specialist, Dad worked at the National AIDS Alliance, IntraHealth International and Save the Children. Passionate about working in non-governmental organizations, Dad has gained a lot in the implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation systems in the areas of HIV and reproductive health: monitoring and evaluation plans and manuals, quality control procedures, data, operational research, capacity building in monitoring and evaluation.
