OPP-ERA Project Head Office Team


Project Manager
Jeanne Roussel Jeanne ROUSSEL, graduated form Bioforce Institute in international solidarity projects management, she also holds an LEA master’s degree from the university of Grenoble 3 and a DU obtained from the Samu Social International and the Paris VI and XII medicine school. She worked as European projects manager of education-training at “les Apprentis d'Auteuil” and later after European projects manager of clinical research at “l'Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP – HP)”. Specialized in project management and institutional financing, she joined Solthis in November 2016.
Technical Manager and Project Supervisor in Guinea
Sophie Ouvrard Sophie OUVRARD, Pharmacy and Laboratory Project Manager.Graduated in Pharmacy with a specialization in medical management at ESCP-EAP in 2002, she firstly worked in clinical development. In 2009, she joined Solthis as Phamacy Manager in Niger. In 2011, she joined the headquarters to work on pharmaceutical activities in Niger and Sierra Leone and on projects about laboratories activities. In 2015, she became Pharmacy Manager.
Procurement and Supply Manager
 Isabelle Zangré Isabelle ZANGRÉ, graduated from ESCEM ( Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Management) in business management, she worked for ten years in the retail sector in France and Burkina Faso, in the pharmaceutical sector and for companies specialized in the cultural and high-tech products distribution. Since 2006, she has worked in Public Procurement management in International Development Organizations: in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) within the UNDP as a Procurement Officer, WFP as a Procurement Assistant, for Pathfinder International as the Supply and Logistics manager; in Niamey (Niger) for UNICEF as Contracts Specialist. She joined Solthis in November 2016 as the Procurement and Supply Manager for  OPP-ERA Project.
Database Manager

Emilio LUMIA, holds a master’s degree in computer science obtained at the University of Nice, Emilio Lumia has a career as rich and diverse as his interests. Successively manager of an IT company, deputy director in charge of the organization and development in a family group, then manager of a restaurant business, he approached the field of health as a digital project manager for a specialized medical and paramedical press and publishing house. Emilio joined Solthis in March 2019 to support the OPP-ERA project as database manager.
 Laboratory Advisor, Virology
Emilande GUICHET, joined OPP-ERA in 2017 as a virologist,Laboratory Advisor after completing her research thesis at the Development Research Institute (UMI TransVIHMI, INSERM U1175, University of Montpellier) in Montpellier. Graduated pharmacist from the University of Nantes, Emilande is interested in the resistance of HIV-1 to antiretroviral treatment as well as the improvement of virological follow-up of patients living with HIV in southern countries, espacially in Central Africa and West (Burkina-Faso, Cameroon and Senegal). In this line, she has developed a great experience of open and polyvalent platforms, the principal technology used within the OPP-ERA project. A large part of her research work was conducted in Cameroon, at the CREMER national laboratory (IMPM-IRD, Yaoundé), accredited by WHO for  HIV-1 resistance surveillance to antiretroviral therapy.
Laboratory Advisor
Solthis- Natasha
Natasha DUBOIS CAUWELAERT, Natasha completed a PhD thesis in Immunology at the Infectious Disease Research Institute (IDRI), Seattle, USA. Strong with her experience in implementing a molecular biology laboratory at the Institut Pasteur in Madagascar, Natasha worked at the International Training and Education Center (I-TECH), Seattle, USA as a laboratory specialist to strengthen laboratory systems in Côte d’Ivoire. One of her main responsibilities was to support the Ministry of Health with the implementation of a program for continuous quality improvement of rapid tests in more than 3,000 HIV diagnostic sites. Natasha joined the OPP-ERA team in March 2017 as a laboratory consultant to help strengthen quality and monitor the project laboratories activities.
Monitoring Officer
Mathilde Casabonne - Solthis Mathilde CASABONNE MASONNAVE holds a master's degree from Sciences Po Lille (specialized in Conflicts and Development). She worked with Save the Children in Bangkok, Thailand as Project Development and Reporting Officer and Gender mainstreaming Manager. She joined Solthis in 2017, mainly in charge of project development, and she contributed to ATLAS project (HIV self-testing) development in particular. She has joined the OPP-ERA team in December 2018 as Project monitoring Officer, taking in charge the financial dimension as well as the monitoring and evaluation aspects.
Procurement and Logistics Officer
Olivia MARC graduated from the Grenoble School of Business (GEM) in Supply Chain and worked for thirteen years in France in transport and logistics companies, as head of teams and head of projects. In 2017, she puts her expertise at the service of international solidarity and works for Handicap International in the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo as a logistics and transport project manager. With this experience, she joined Solthis in February 2019 as Purchasing and Logistics Manager for the OPP-ERA project.
