Expertise France is the French international technical expertise agency, created to increase the mobilization capacities of the various areas of public technical expertise in the international arena, in order to better respond to the growing needs of developing or emergent countries in terms of assistance to public policies. Expertise France’s mission is to support its French’s partners in implementing reforms in areas such as public finance, economic development, health, sustainable development, social protection and employment, stability, safety and security, governance and human rights.
Under the tutelage of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and International Development, Expertise France implements the Initiative 5%, which finances several projects implemented by Solthis.
