7th EVA regional seminar on pediatric HIV in French-speaking Africa
Each year, the EVA network organizes a regional seminar on different themes to meet the specific needs of pediatric HIV/AIDS care. These seminars provide opportunities for capacity-building for all the experts involved in care in the network’s member countries.
The central theme of this year’s event, to be held from February 28 to March 1 in Ndjaména, Chad, is Adolescents and HIV. On this occasion, Dr Simon Hambarukize, medical coordinator of the SANSAS project, will talk about how the specific needs of vulnerable adolescents and young people are taken into account in the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services offered by the SANSAS project in Senegal.
